What should I do if the product malfunctions during use?

     Please contact our after-sales team with your order number, product model and fault description (photos/videos are preferred). We will reply within 12 hours and provide solutions: free replacement of parts (within warranty), on-site maintenance guidance or product replacement (for serious faults).
